Reset the printer

Step one: Reset the printer With the printer turned on, power the cable from the back of the printer. Unplug the energy cord from the wall outlet in the cubicle. Wait at least 15 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the outlet in the cubicle. Reconnect the power cable to the printer. turn on the printer.
